1. You'd better drink water should
be less that 150cc before using it, and you can drink more after movement

2. The machine put in the bed or floor (soft cushion and spring bed
not permitted), you lay down and put your calcaneal on the concave
of Fuankang machine, forming the T shape with the Fuankang (correct
angle degree).
3. Laying down, turning on the auto switch. It is suitable within
5 minutes for the first time use and prolonged later. The arm unfolded
places naturally, relaxing.
4. When Fuankang stopped, you should not get up at once. You may have
the feeling of soft and tingle after 2 or 3 minutes, this is so called
qi and blood circulation in the traditional Chinese medicine theory.
It is the qi making interior massaging in the body. So the effect
of interior massaging is about 60% better than the effect of swaying.

5. Before rising up: bending legs, stretch tight the tiptoe, the left

I. Training 5 minutes using: (all the
users should be started from 5 minutes using). Why does it only be
used in 5 minutes at first time? Because it should be used in proper
sequence free of any trouble. Using 15 minutes equals to jogging 10000
paces. Maybe some people could not bear.
For example:1、 the strong people often do exercises, except the people
physical force overdrafted.
2、 The people over 55 years old must start from 5 minutes twice
everyday. If there is not any problems a week later, it could be prolonged
to 8-10 minutes in the second week; 15 minutes in the third week and
keeping it continuously. The daily times could be arranged according
the real situation and requirement. but it should not be used without
stop.
3、 The weak will feel the muscle pain after using 5 minutes. The
time could be prolonged to 15 minutes from 2-3 minutes at beginning.
Some female maybe fell swirl, it is anaemia; swirl and pain is hypertension;
swirl, pain and sick is low blood pressure.
II. Laying fro 2-3 minutes when stop: The reason is the swaying only
effected about 40% by the exterior action, the interior action about
60% with 2-3 minutes laying. The following situation maybe appeared
after using Fuankang:
